The Blue Crab Restaurant and Oyster Bar

"We stopped for a lite snack before heading out. The order included a lot of appetizers, shots, and other beverages. Service: 5 stars because after sitting for more than 12+ mins w/o any service, the manager, DERRICK (sp) saw us wave him over. He was friendly, listened to us, apologized, took our drink orders, then had-their best server on duty-PETER be our server. They both need capes! These two are to ONLY reason I didn't rate service as 2 stars. Food: Fresh, hot, not too bland. The fries are hand cut, shoe string size, and crispy. The oyster shots were 3 for $8 HAD TO GET THEM! Photos of everything were ordered included. Atmosphere: Out in the deck by the water, for me, priceless. Not insects, rowdy pets, or annoying pest."

"For starters, the Char grilled oysters and fried onions rings were absolutely right perfect. My oyster poboy was good and my cheese grits were excellent. I think they used some type of cheddar that made them tangy. but tasty. It took a while for the food to come out, but it was worth the wait. The hostess, waitress and scenery was absolutely awesome. I will be back!"
