"The service is nice. However the prices are expensive in here. It's not like how it was back in the 90s when I was a child. Usually if you're coming in here, you want to try and see about the prices on the meat for they are usually much more affordable than Walmart. Otherwise be prepared to spend 2-3 dollars more compared to Walmart on general staples you need."

"This store is very nostalgic for me. I remember shopping here with my grandmother as a child! It was one of two stores that sold protein that you would not find anywhere else, such as cow tongue and chicken feet! They were also known for their sales on veggies such as 4 bell peppers for $1!!!! Where did those prices go?!"

"It’s just something about this place that makes you leave with a smile on your face, is it the cheap and fresh food, smiling faces that greet you? I don’t know but I love this little corner of my neighborhood"
