"Michelin-Level Food, Human-Level Hospitality Walked into Cochon on a Friday night with my 9 year old son no reservation, casually dressed, zero expectations of getting a table. We were seated immediately and treated with genuine hospitality from the jump. No pretension, no side eye just good service and good people. I ordered the braised brisket with egg salad and it was absolutely exquisite rich and perfectly balanced. My son went with the catfish and cleaned his plate, which might be the highest culinary compliment a restaurant can receive. Every bite felt intentional, from the meats to the sides to the pacing of the meal. Michelin recognition makes sense here, but what really stood out was how approachable the experience was. World class food without the stiffness. A place where you can share something special with your kid and feel completely welcome doing it. Highly recommend."

"The food was tasty. We loved their pulled pork dish and the grilled oysters. The fried alligator was also pretty good. I would skip the brisket, it had good flavor but didn't love the preparation. Service was good and price was fair."
