"While the rooms are a bit dated (that’s ok, they are remodeling the hotel so I look forward to seeing the upgrades), the location of the hotel is perfect. A block away from Bourbon, and 5 min walk from Jackson Square… simply perfect. Now service was on point from check in staff to housekeeping and bell staff… very polite and attentive…. One person stands above all in service and that is Will, the bartender… from interacting with us to providing history and sharing some tricks and showcasing his knowledge on beverages, he made our stay even better… his drink, the “Road to Louisiana” was just the perfect way to end our vacation. My girlfriend and I will definitely be back! Thank you for everything!"

"The rooms were okay, the location is pretty great in the middle of the French Quarter - though there is a lot of construction.Best part of this place is the new music venue where my wife and I were glad to get away from the Frenchmen/Bourbon scene and relax to some really talented musicians. We caught Or and his band twice during our visit and it was just what we needed to escape the loud, in your face scene of Nola (which we also enjoyed but weren't looking for at our hotel). We also stayed for Glenn and his band and that was nice but we had been out all day and were enjoying something less in our face (though both bands had great musicians on them!)"

"First and foremost, the staff - kindest, sweetest, friendliest and most thoughtful staff I have ever encountered. Truly made my stay unforgettable. The hotel itself is beautiful. Even during remodel renovations, it’s a very pretty property with everything you need to feel taken care of. The Rib Room restaurant and bar are delicious, with tons of options and seating inside and outside the bar. You can walk to everything from this hotel. The location is ideal. But again, Omni has dialed in the customer service and hired genuine staff that make you feel like part of the family."
