"This was truly a wonderful stay from beginning to end. The hospitality was next level and made the experience feel both warm and elevated. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to fully relax and unwind. The champagne cart was such a thoughtful touch and added a fun, luxurious element to the stay. A special shout-out to Tammy for graciously entertaining my quirky cocktail requests. She makes an exceptional espresso martini and added a personal touch that really stood out. I would absolutely stay here again."

"Super friendly and professional from the door man to the counter staff. Nice spacious and clean room with very comfortable bed. The executive lounge has great coffee (thank you!) and all kinds of nice snacks and treats. Lots of options for breakfast and all of them presented with care and cleanliness. Jerry was exceptionally wonderful, gladly helping us with anything we needed and even shared some great places to visit during our stay. I highly recommend the JW Marriott if you visit New Orleans."

"Alright first off! One of the best lounges I have ever been too! Mondays: red beans and rice Through the week they have had different salads, roasted chicken, crawfish pasta, tacos, fried chicken, and plenty of other goodies. Desserts changed daily and a variety of snacks on hand. Breakfast is hot breakfast along with fresh court, parfaits, and assorted pastries. Turn down service, chocolates and postcards and water given. Every day for every guest they have something to offer usually “happy hour” from wine to cocktails to a free caricature artist ready to draw you! Cinnabon buns or beignets on Sundays! Saturdays they have a lovely lady who will write a poem about your This property offers a lot, parking is quite pricey and they don’t offer a discount rate for longer stays. Sometimes they can get backed up and takes awhile for them to get your car or drop off your car. The water isn’t always hot, my only complaint for the hotel."
